Eline van Knijff received her Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics after attending the VU in 2014. Before that she studied linguistics and psychology at the University College Utrecht. In her Master thesis she studied how consonant recognition in adults and elderly adults is influenced by factors as age, hearing loss, the complexity of contextual information, background noise and cognitive functions. Currently she is working at the Hearing Minds project as an assistant researcher.
